Diliman Review

Diliman Review is one of the refereed journals of the College of Arts and Letters, the College of Social Sciences and Philosophy and the College of Science, University of the Philippines, Diliman.Diliman Review draws its contributors mainly from its own pool of UP scholars, creative writers and artists but also welcomes essays, creative works, reviews, forum/symposium papers from other scholars and artists.

Humanities Diliman: A Philippine Journal of Humanities

Humanities Diliman is an internationally refereed journal for the humanities which comes out semi-annually. An open-access journal, it is multilingual and both disciplinal and multi-disciplinary. Humanities Diliman (HD) promotes scholarship in the arts and humanities in the Philippines, as well as international synergies, especially with scholars on Southeast Asia.

Index to Philippine Periodicals

IPP Online is primarily a Web-based article indexing system based on the Index to Philippine Periodicals (IPP) which was originally produced as a printed research guide to periodical articles indexed by the Bibliography and Indexing Section of the UP Diliman University Library.

This Online version currently contains more recent article indexes (mostly from 2010 onwards) from various popular and scholarly Philippine journals/magazines and offers more content, e.g., searchable abstracts and full-text articles in PDF.

Index to Philipine Newspapers Online

The IPN Online 2.0, the online newspaper index database includes more than 230,000 article indexes in 33 newspaper titles.

Manila Journal of Science (MJS)

MJS publishes original researches in the fields of Biology, Chemistry, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Computer Science and Science Education. It evaluates submissions based on scientific rigor and soundness; and not on subjective indicators such as novelty or impact. A thorough presentation of the methodology and discussion of results is encouraged.

MJS does not have article processing fees or page charges, and all papers can be downloaded freely. It adopts a publication model wherein accepted papers are uploaded immediately. The journal has annual volumes with at least two issues per volume.

Philippine eLib

The Philippine eLib is a collaborative project of the National Library of the Philippines (NLP), University of the Philippines (UP), Department of Science and Technology (DOST), Department of Agriculture (DA), and the Commission on Higher Education (CHED). Philippine Geographic Journal

The Philippine Geographical Journal was instituted in 1953 to serve: as an outlet for the scholarly articles ranging from geographical/spatial to socioeconomic topics particularly on the Philippines and other Third World countries; as a medium for the expression of professional opinions; and as a journal for reports on activities of the Philippine Geographical Society and other items of relevance to the geographic discipline.

Philippine Innovative Education Journal (PIEJ)

The Philippine Innovative Education Journal (PIEJ) is a peer reviewed journal of Central Philippines State University which provides a forum for researchers, school administrators and teachers from within the university and among other institutions. Philosophia: International Journal of Philosophy (PIJP) is published by the Philippine National Philosophical Research Society (PNPRS). It is published every January and May of each year.

SCIENTIA

Scientia is the official scholarly multi-disciplinary journal of the College of Arts and Sciences, San Beda University on the Liberal Arts. It focuses on Social Anthropology, Speculative Philosophy, Social and Political Philosophy, Systems of Ethics, Higher Religious Studies, Inter-religious Dialogue, Historical Issues and Historiography, New Historicism, Political Theories, Literary and Artistic Theories, Hermeneutics and Textual Criticism, Linguistics and Translation, Cultural and Gender Studies.

All manuscripts submitted, except works that are invited by the editorial board, are reviewed by at least two referees who are experts in the field. Research articles, critical essays, book reviews, and case studies are welcome. Scientia accepts contributions either in English or in Filipino.

Silliman Journal

Silliman Journal (SJ) is an interdisciplinary peer refereed academic journal of Silliman University. First published in 1954 — with Founding Editor Pedro D. Dimaya, Founding Managing Editor Edith L. Tiempo, and Founding Board of Editors Dioscoro S. Rabor (Biological Sciences), J. Elliott Fisher (Social Sciences), Gerardo A. Imperial (Physical Sciences), and Edilberto K. Tiempo (Humanities) — SJ continues to commit to its mission of providing an avenue for scholarly dialogues not only among members of the Silliman academic community but also among its international readership. SJ aims to continue the dissemination of results of scholarly inquiry, to hold sacred the unique exchange between authors and readers, to endeavor to create opportunities for Silliman faculty and other scholars to engage in writing and publication and to strive to maintain excellence in academic research, scholarship and publication.

UNITAS

UNITAS is an international online peer-reviewed open-access journal of advanced research in literature, culture, and society published bi-annually (May and November).

UNITAS is published by the University of Santo Tomas, Manila, Philippines, the oldest university in Asia. It is hosted by the Department of Literature, with its editorial address at the Office of the Scholar-in-Residence under the auspices of the Faculty of Arts and Letters. Hard copies are printed on demand or in a limited edition.
